I was impressed with the hotel room, large space, comfortable bed. There is a tram stop nearby, from which you can go directly to the city center.

The hotel was amazing it was better than what we expected. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the facilities were amazing. Public transport was very easy and cheap to the city as the hotel is located 30-45 minutes out of the city centre. The rooms were very big and the bed was comfy. Amazing stay!!

The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom . It was clean, beds were very comfortable. Hotel was nice and quiet and staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Location had good links to city centre, with the bus 57 right outside and the number 1 Tram 3 minutes walk.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. We arrived early and were given an “upgrade” to our existing suite. If offered ensure you see the room as the rooms on ground level are a tad unconventional but offer you a spa tub and huge open shower in addition to the nice outdoor patio. The coil on the fan in the AC unit burned out shortly after our arrival so the following day they moved us to their largest suite on the upper floor. The operations manager was truly incredible in our she offered to take care of the issue and in her desire to make sure we were pleased.

The spacious suite, a safe in the room and fridge. The hot chocolate was so was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English and very helpful in our stay. Bathroom was big too, definitely 4star hotel. The hotel is not in the centre, but bus 57 is out side the hotel it will takes you to city and back within 25 min, also tram 12 does the same , so is best to get 3 day travel card for 13 euro, get it from supermarket down the road ,1 min walk. Overall Excellent stay and would highly recommended and is value for money. The employee are a Credit to the hotel.

Not applicable. We had to move hotels since the A/C of our bedroom was broken and there were no other bookings available. Staff solved issue by moving us.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile – from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. One of the best things was the bus/tram stop right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get to the Duomo and all the main attractions. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

I had the naked rooms and it was spaceous and had a big balcony. I didnt get to use it because i was in the city. Its a few steps from a bus station to milan center. Nice choice of soaps and shampoos and scents. Complementary water. Decentish breakfast.

The staff were lovely and always very helpful. The outside seating area was nice and clean, too. We did have breakfast due to a full day trip out, that was very nice.
